Echoes of the heart like a Christmas carol. Ecourile inimii ca un colind de Crăciun. Merry Christmas! Crăciun Fericit!

Till Christmas, carols as old echoes. Până la Crăciun, colinde ca vechi ecouri.
An orange sunset. And a sweet sponge cake with cocoa and nuts.
(December aspects, below).
Green willow tree in december, 10. (below) Salcie verde în decembrie.
And first snowflakes in december, 13. Prima ninsoare, în 13 decembrie.
Green willow tree in december, 10. Salcie verde în decembrie.
First snowflakes in december, 13.

"Let's say it's already Christmas
and let's say that it snows, already
and the white snow is nicely spread all over...

All is well, all is bright!

Let's say, we're nearly and side by side
and, still, let's say, that it snows outside...
That all that can be felt is a silent bliss.

All is well, all is bright!

Let's say we're far from the city noise,
let's say is warm inside and full of joy,
and all around us, we're hearing the echo of old carols.

All is well, all is bright!

Let's say that all we have for now
it's this jolly White Christmas time,
a time like a soothing balm for our heart.

All is well, all is bright!

And Season's greetings with a good cheer
let's forever remain in our restless souls,
keeping the silent feeling of lasting bliss.

All is bright when all is well!"

About Cake:

"Cake *is a form of sweet dessert that is typically baked. In its oldest forms, cakes were modifications of breads, but cakes now cover a wide range of preparations that can be simple or elaborate, and that share features with other desserts such as pastries, meringues, custards, and pies.
Typical cake ingredients are flour, sugar, eggs, butter or oil, a liquid, and leavening agents, such as baking soda and/or baking powder. Common additional ingredients and flavourings include dried, candied, or fresh fruit, nuts, cocoa, and extracts such as vanilla, with numerous substitutions for the primary ingredients. Cakes can also be filled with fruit preserves or dessert sauces (like pastry cream), iced with buttercream or other icings, and decorated with marzipan, piped borders, or candied fruit.

Cake is often served as a celebratory dish on ceremonial occasions..."
"There are countless cake recipes; some are bread-like, some are rich and elaborate, and many are centuries old. Cake making is no longer a complicated procedure; while at one time considerable labor went into cake making (particularly the whisking of egg foams), baking equipment and directions have been simplified so that even the most amateur cook may bake a cake.
History
The term "cake" has a long history. The word itself is of Viking origin, from the Old Norse word "kaka".
Ancient Greeks called the Cakes as “plakous” which was derived from the word “flat". It was baked using flour mixed with eggs, milk, nuts and honey. They also had a cake called “satura,” which was a flat heavy cake. During the Roman period, the name for cake became “placenta” which was derived from the Greek term. Placenta were baked on a pastry base or inside a pastry case
Although clear examples of the difference between cake and bread are easy to find, the precise classification has always been elusive. For example, banana bread may be properly considered either a quick bread or a cake.

The Greeks invented beer as a leavener, frying fritters in olive oil, and cheesecakes using goat's milk. In ancient Rome, basic bread dough was sometimes enriched with butter, eggs, and honey, which produced a sweet and cake-like baked good. Latin poet Ovid refers his and his brother's birthday party and cake in his first book of exile, Tristia.
Early cakes in England were also essentially bread: the most obvious differences between a "cake" and "bread" were the round, flat shape of the cakes, and the cooking method, which turned cakes over once while cooking, while bread was left upright throughout the baking process.

Sponge cakes, leavened with beaten eggs, originated during the Renaissance, possibly in Spain."

"Sponge cake * is a cake based on flour (usually wheat flour), sugar, and eggs, and is sometimes leavened with baking powder. It has a firm, yet well aerated structure, similar to a sea sponge.
In the United Kingdom a sponge cake may be produced by the batter method or the foam method, while in the US cakes made using the batter method are known as a butter or pound cake. Two common British batter method sponge cakes are the layered Victoria sponge cake and Madeira cake.
Sponge cake made using the foam method is sometimes referred to as a whisked sponge in the UK. These cakes are common in Europe, especially in Italian patisseries. The cake was first invented by the Italian pastry chef Giovan Battista Cabona called Giobatta, at the court of Spain with his lord, the Genoese marquis Domenico Pallavicini, around the middle of the 16th century.

The sponge cake is thought to be one of the first of the non-yeasted cakes..."
"Variations on the theme of a cake lifted, partially or wholly, by trapped air in the batter exist in most places where European patisserie has spread...."

Motto:
"Write it on your heart
that every day is the best day in the year.
He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day
who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety.
Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day;
begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit
to be cumbered with your old nonsense.
This new day is too dear,
with its hopes and invitations,
to waste a moment on the yesterdays.*"

New updates regarding weather: December 3, 2016
"It looks like Springtime"? not sure, it could be... an answer; but it's just a changing of the seasons... an unusual time at this moment, but it is all right!
The Seasons can come and can pass 'in a glance'; what it counts is the feeling, the emotion to be part of the changing of the seasons, as an expression if I can say it like this.

"Photographer Stephen Wilkes crafts stunning compositions of landscapes as they transition from day to night, exploring the space-time continuum within a two-dimensional still photograph."
Source: "Stephen Wilkes: The passing of time, caught in a single photo; Filmed February 2016 at TED2016".
*excerpts:
"Photography can be described as the recording of a single moment frozen within a fraction of time. Each moment or photograph represents a tangible piece of our memories as time passes.  But what if you could capture more than one moment in a photograph? What if a photograph could actually collapse time, compressing the best moments of the day and the night seamlessly into one single image? (...) Day to Night is about all the things, it's like a compilation of all the things I love about the medium of photography. It's about landscape, it's about street photography, it's about color, it's about architecture, perspective, scale -- and, especially, history."
"The act of sharing has suddenly become more important than the experience itself. (Applause)"

"As technology evolves along with photography, photographs will not only communicate a deeper meaning of time and memory, but they will compose a new narrative of untold stories, creating a timeless window into our world." *excerpts. Click to see more on video.

"This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In this opening talk, IN-Q takes the audience on an introductory journey through his own poetic expression combining the old with the new." *
Excerpts from the poem:
"(...)Let's meet up in between, said the the ocean to shore."
" Do you laugh on instinct or do you choose to laugh?
Do you ask because you care or do you merely ask?
I ask you this because I care about how humans act.
We're animals, aware of our future and our past
and this could be an obstacle to travelling our path.
Instead of just accepting where we are at,
we analyze out tracks for what we could've had,
looking back, focused on the memories,
instead of the facts, hance what we attract.
But it's hard the fact that when we're fast,
 it really flashes past.
It's an exponential graph from creation into ash.
I'm sentimental one minute, them I'm making plans(...)
 Philosophize,
'cause no one has your awesome eyes.
Your view is worth the lows and highs,
as we go through on the coastal rides.
Control has got us holding on, when letting go could be more fun. (...)"
