"Music is a moral law. It gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything.""We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."
"You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation."
Plato
Let's think to the fact that there it could be a day, in our life, when everything around us appears of going in such so wrong way. And it seems that everything around us, it will be insanely all wrong, right from the first second. One day, we can wake up with a feeling of fear and suddenly the panic appears, just in time to make all to look absolutely grotesque.
Instantly, everything around us, it turns to be an upside-down situation.
But, what we can do when not one, but three emergency medical issues can occured in the same time in our family, for instance?
Whatever we want to think in order to solve this, it turns to be a stressful situation, in a matter of time. And we become highly worried. What we can do, to try to think clearly? ...
To try to solve the first appeared situation?... or maybe the two of them, or all of them, in the same time?... It is that possible? Only, if that could depend on you... and probably, if you are a master in stress management or if you have the perfect answers already in your mind to say or do this or that...
Actually is not that easy to do something to solve or to answer, correctly, instantly.
But, it turns that there is always a solving way, but it depends on something far, far away from our ability, energy or pure material willingness of doing something.
It all depends on divinity and the divine way of solving the dilemma.
Being in such a situation recently, I saw that there is light and positivity, a hope right there, where somehow, everything, at first look, it seems to go wrong till to one point. What it remains to be done after that? Well, it depends on various factors... it's about the chance of "building" a healthy communication between involved people, having patience, implication and the will to find some positive results, as much as it is possible.
For a while for every 'life turbulence', we can find a way of solving the issue. Knowing that it is not always the most 'faultless' answer.... It depends on us to be positive and ready for action, even when we are exhausted, when, let's say, the feeling of anxiety is right around the corner.
In the end, only God knows what will happen, "Whatever Will Be, Will Be "... just like in the old lyrics of the very known song...
Till then, while I was speaking of the "corner" (from the figure of speech " just right around the corner"), above, I remembered of some beautiful aspects captured in this lovely Springtime. The city has such beautiful buildings, statues, places and I've chosen to present you some of them in three variations: color, sepia and b&w.
As always, I hope you to enjoy the walk and the aspects captured through my lens. And finally I hope you to enjoy the edited aspects according with my own preferences. In this series, I'll show you the buildings, places or the statues from the center of the city seen as in an applied old, antiquate view. A different perspective of the same architecturale elements, if you want.
Best regards!
Along with his teacher, Socrates, and his most famous student, Aristotle, Plato laid the very foundations of Western philosophy and science. Alfred North Whitehead once noted: "the safest general characterization of the European philosophical tradition is that it consists of a series of footnotes to Plato." In addition to being a foundational figure for Western science, philosophy, and mathematics, Plato has also often been cited as one of the founders of Western religion and spirituality. Plato's influence on Christianity is often thought to be mediated by his major influence on Saint Augustine of Hippo, one of the most important philosophers and theologians in the foundation of the Western thought. In the 19th century the philosopher Nietzsche criticized Christianity by saying it's "Platonism for the people". Numenius of Apamea viewed this differently, he called Plato the Hellenic Moses. This would justify the superiority of Christianity over Hellenism because Moses predates Plato - thus the original source of this wisdom is the root of Christianity and not Hellenistic culture.
Plato was the innovator of the written dialogue and dialectic forms in philosophy. Plato appears to have been the founder of Western political philosophy, with his Republic, and Laws among other dialogues, providing some of the earliest extant treatments of political questions from a philosophical perspective. Plato's own most decisive philosophical influences are usually thought to have been Socrates, Parmenides, Heraclitus and Pythagoras, although few of his predecessors' works remain extant and much of what we know about these figures today derives from Plato himself.
The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy describes Plato as "...one of the most dazzling writers in the Western literary tradition and one of the most penetrating, wide-ranging, and influential authors in the history of philosophy".

Desejo-lhe continuação de feliz semana,
AG

Dear Alexa T - Life’s storms do happen, but flexible attitude can endure and overcome them like a grass which can bend nicely in the strong wind. When in the utter darkness, try to remember we have light within us. Thanks for the lovely photos of beautiful landscape and magnificent buildings. And inspiring quotes, too. I always learn something new here in your blog. Wish you happy and healthy days ahead.

Foarte frumoasa postare, Alexa draga!
Multa inspiratie si senin in tot ceea ce faci, acum si oricand!
Ce frumos ai spus!! :) ganduri calde si frumoase sufletului; si eu cred in "puterea imaginatiei"... Incercam fiecare 'sa ne transformam' viata in arta.
